The NHA Housing Chamber of Commerce is a Mortgage and Grant Mediation Firm designed to propel Commercial Mortgage
Crisis situations by creating an Economic Stimulus Partnership, thus opening the up the door of opportunity for Work
Force Development and Mortgage Mediation.
The process provides Grant funds to members to assist in curing the default of the property.
The individuals are placed on a SPECTRUM 2 Spectrum (S2S) Protocol program and given a Protocol
Specialists, Property Facilitation Contractor and Mortgage Mediator for case management of the file for a term of 36 or 60 or
84 months.

Company History
Antoinette M. Antone, President & CEO of NHA Housing Chamber of Commerce has been a housing and homelessness advocate since 1986.
The history of the company parallel’s her personal experience to provide the first Grant Performance Industry and Grant
Performance Funding Industry into the dynamics of Commercial Mortgages. She designed and created a Four-point
SPECTRUM 2 Spectrum (S2S) Solutions profile, which are focused on
serving the entire needs of the property.
In 2010 Ms. Antone included an Alternative Dispute Resolutions package to NHA-HCC. Due to the investigative studies offered
within the original National Home Alliance program, it was necessary to provide a monitor maintenance package to each property
facilitation. This will be done through Mediators within the Church Department.
The NHA Housing Chamber of Commerce was Incorporated in 2007 as the final homelessness and housing mechanism for the
National Home Alliance, which was endorsed by President Elect Barrack Obama on December 11, 2007 and pushed into legislation
by US Congressman Joe Baca in January 2008. The final version, The National Alliance to end Homelessness is offered in several
states to date. It provides a once in a lifetime $5000.00 grant to families affected by the Mortgage Crisis as a homelessness
diversion technique. The NHA-HCC, which provides a similar Grant package to the Commercial Mortgage Crisis, adds a mandatory
Mediation monitor and maintenance package to a 16 month, 36/60/84 month term offered on the property served.
